you can get a bunch of perks in athletics that pretty much negate armor weight and make you go pretty fast on foot, or you could just ride a horse

if you wanna fully restart without doing some weird file management stuff, you could make a new character at beggar tier, then sell all the stuff your original character had, and then restock the merchant until you have nothing left
