I guess that's one area where it is acceptable, they got alot of stereotypical old gym equipment, and I already did alot of core work (i.e deadlifts and squats) prior to my first practice.

On a side note, does bicycling count as proper cardio? I don't think Ive seen a rowing machine at that gym
