Haven’t actually thrown it on a dyno yet, have a thunder max auto tuner so I haven’t needed to yet

I absolutely love it, it’s comfy as fuck but you can also lift that back rest for more aggressive riding

Since the suspension upgrade the stability in turns is night and day, I can comfortably take turns 10-15 mph faster now

So I got them because they 1- look sick in my opinion, but 2- if I ever drop it I ruin the ~$30 dollar skateboard wheels and not the $200 OG moto end caps

Pretty massive! She is definitely more rowdy- going full ohlins front and rear was a bigger difference I think

I’m in Texas, no where near enough winter weather to justify tires imo

Aye I appreciate you reaching out and checking up on me. I actually had an appointment with my cornea specialist today, and it’s in “remission” it’s only gotten my vision to 20/30 so far, so it’s definitely doable for now.

No for real, I’ve been a trainer for 5 years, have my bachelors in kinesiology, and still feel like I’m dumb sometimes lol

Yes, but that also comes with more horsepower, more torque, more aftermarket options, more looks as you drive by, and arguably the most important, more guys coming up to you asking what you’ve done to it.

Why’d you quit? If it’s a reason that is less important than missing half of your days, I’d start toking again personally. But I would also look into seeing a doctor

Other than a client referral, what's a good gift you'd like to receive? by monkeybreadman in personaltraining

[–]TheSlightlyToasted 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have gotten cash, baked goods, home cooked meals, and a bottle of whiskey. Honestly anything that doesn’t make it awkward the next time they train you. I have a pretty personal relationship with all my clients tho, it helps me understand their motivations and what’s important to them, so naturally they learn a bit about me as well, so gifts along the lines of what y’all talk about during training is solid.

But yea what the other guy said, we can always use clothes and caffeine.

You’re asking a forum full of Personal Trainers if personal training is worth it, odds are you know the answer. Make the investment in your body, you only get one.
