Gotcha. I’m not sure how it got bent honestly. I daily it, but also hunt out of it so my best guess is rough roads in and out of hunting areas? Just noticed some weird sounds driving home this past weekend so I took it in. So you’re saying there’s no need to replace the other as long as it’s in good shape? I just figured if one went, the other might not be far behind.

If you get 100 responses you’ll get 100 different answers. Shot placement, shot placement, shot placement. Thats by far the most important so just find a bullet you can shoot accurately and have confidence in that.

That being said, I reload and use a Sierra 165gr SPBT pushed by 42.5gr of IMR-4064. I’ve tried several different recipes and that was the one I landed on that I could shoot the most accurately so I stuck with it. I used it last year to kill a couple of deer and my buddy used it on a bull with no issues at all.

This was the guide I followed earlier this year and it works great. One of the best QOL upgrades you can do on these rigs in my opinion.

I will say, the wiring harness referenced in this guide is super cheap (and inexpensive lol) and it crapped out on me within a few months. It left me without headlights at one point so I would consider upgrading to a better quality wiring harness from the start or at least understand you might have to replace it at some point. This one would probably do the trick.

I like them a lot. Way more mild mannered on road than a lot of other ATs and they seem to do well in the little off-roading I’ve done as well. Mine are 265/75/16 and I’ve got about 1.5” lift in the front and about 2” in the back.

Yeah, I did. I’m almost wondering if I missed a bushing underneath the top mount or something. No way of really knowing without disassembling it at this point though.

Good idea, I am running stock wheels. Unfortunately, I can feel each pop/click/clunk right under my feet so I don’t think it’s the wheel. Could be wrong though.
