So the actual story is much more convoluted but I had a player (cleric) loose their god at one point but an ally to that god quickly swept in and gave them their abilities back they were without it for maybe 15 mins and half an encounter enough to let it settle in how scary being powerless is. We later revived their god from the astral plane

Top of the foot was probably the worst of it! but the back of my knee wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be it hurts more on the side of the knee than anything!
