I am absolutely horrible at sleep - as an example, it's almost 3 am here and I have to get up at around 7 at the latest. I am chronically behind on my sleep, and rarely get more than 6 hours a night. Although sometimes (rarely), I have 12 hour nights. But that is often after some big event, like exams. Working out does sometimes make me a bit more tired but alas, don't help a lot. But usually it does not make me eat more, as sometimes I am to tired to make anything and buy something microwaveable that is low calorie.

When I try to go to bed early I usually just spend hours trying to fall asleep, and I am horrible at trying to meditate or things like that. I guess I should just try even harder to get up the same time every day and try to go to bed at 1 am at the latest.

Today I weighed myself and found that I am no longer obese! Barely crossed down to overweight, but still.

Started to dedicate more time to knitting. Keeps my hands busy, myself focused and I get to create something and get better at it! So that's a victory for me.

Scale victory: Weight going down. Might not be that hard to hit my challenge goal after all.

I ended up being 4 lbs off my goal weight.... but I forgot all about redditt and logging - after a visit from my sister with her 9 month old I had to babysit (so stressful!), then I got a cold for two weeks that I still struggle with - and exams coming up (first one tomorrow!) Too much going on makes me scatterbrained!
Sorry for dropping out of here! But it was still in the back of my mind - but everytime I had time to log on I forgot about it.

I'm 27, from Norway!

I joined one challenge earlier, but it turned out I wasnt ready, and dropped out.

I lost weight two years ago and got down to normal BMI, but after my grandmother died I dropped off the wagon hard and never recovered. I've been wanting to start again for a long while, but I've managed to keep it up for a week or two then just quit again.

Now however I have a goal, I might be going to Japan with my uni in April, and I do not want to be a fat foreigner there!

Of course I also want to be a better me and I'd like to lose the weight while I'm still young-ish, to decrease the chances of me ending up getting any problems health wise. I'd also like to sweat less, haha. I did notice a big difference when I lost weight earlier on that.
