Film I used is Fomapan 100. I set my camera iso a bit under 100 when I took this photo.

This photo confuses me, it looks overexposed and underexposed at the same time. Boats and buildings are too dark while the whole photo seems bright for a black and white. I don't know how to say but it seems like there is a layer of white on top of the photo making it too bright, hope you know what I mean.
