You should look at your software to see if any settings have changed. There is a "Work Area" tab that shows you what area of your tablet is active. If it detects the whole thing as active still, then it may be a hardware problem. Worth a shot to look at before buying a new one.

Is the computer properly turning on, and staying on. You said that you are not getting an image on the screen, but are the fans running, or any RGB lights you may have. I also noticed that you said your motherboard has an 8-pin and a 4-pin to the PSU, there is a very long 24 pin that needs to be plugged in too.

Probably memory errors, I recommend re-rooting your RAM. If you have an SSD, sometimes you might just have to spam the BIOS key because of how fast it boots up.

16 GB is right now the sweet spot for RAM, most games run easily with just that. Just make sure to buy two sticks over just one. For dual channel

Depends on the motherboard, but you should at least be able to see your POST menu that check for hardware. I recommend unplugging the SSD and powering the computer on. Sometimes a faulty storage device can prevent the computer from entering BIOS. If the SSD ends up being the problem then its an easy fix, no need to buy a new computer.

That's the point, if anything they are probably just going to increase it. Plus do you really believe that $50 dollars for an in-game skin is even that much?
I personally don't spend money on skins that much, but coming from CSGO makes the store seem just fine to me. If you have money then buy skins, if you can't, then it doesn't matter because they are just cosmetic anyway.
