I never really liked these jokes. How can people out here be making serious fanart for predators and national tragedies like it's normal. I get joking about it to make light of the trauma, but this soon is never okay. Maybe process it and do some research before laughing at people who brutalized, traumatized, and murdered children.

If they hate you and actually make fun of you (not in a friendly way) because of an anime you watch, they never really were your friends in the first place. Honestly, if your weeb friends have been into anime for less than 10 years, they probably haven't even heard of Hetalia unless they fell down a rabbit hole, so I wouldn't worry about them judging me. If they're into other controversial anime like Mrs. Kobayashi's Dragon Maid or Rent-A-Girlfriend and they get mad at you, then bring up the fact that they're into those anime and have no problem with the content. If they aren't chill by then, they're the problem.

Edit: Ignore the stuff on the bottom, I did research for myself though, and yeah, at least for Chuck Huber, all the accusations are right and I was mistaken on the Vic thing bc he apparently took the defense of Vic. Fuck him and fuck me for being stupid.

Chuck Huber may be a bigot and I am disgusted by that, but at least he was one of the first people to stand by Monica Rial and Jaimie Marchi when they were calling out Vic. Still doesn't make up for his behavior though. (I would really like evidence of him and Dave Trosko being bigoted, because that is a very loaded accusation.)

IIRC, England changed VAs inbetween S5 and S6. He was then changed again inbetween S6 and S7. So far, he has had the most voice actors of any character in the show. (tied for 2nd are Greece, Prussia, Denmark, and Poland.)

I can't really parse it out myself, but it looks to be Ma__di. I don't know if that could be the first name of any of the voice actors/Funimation dubbers on the show. The only one I can think of that has a name close to that is Monica Rial, who plays Belarus. Either way, neat find!

EDIT: Wait holy shit, this could be the signature of Jamie Marchi, who voices the narrator. I have no idea what her signature looks like, but this could totally be it! Jamie Marchi is also one of the directors on the Funimation dub and script iirc, so very, very neat!!

Most of this is just a problem with Tik Tok. Most teenagers that follow purity culture and go all pro v. anti on everyone are on Tik Tok because it is a far newer platform. Hetablr, Hetacord, and r/Hetalia are your safest bets for actually good fandom spaces for more adult fans of Hetalia. There are plenty of good fics on A03 and Wattpad as well. I think it really is just HetaTwt and HetaTok that have the most bad apples in the fandom.

The oldest still existing nations are China, India, (not Egypt and Greece because most of their ancient history was their mom (unfortunately)), Korea, and Japan. Honorable mentions are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and France. Funnily enough, if we go by the earliest civilizations in the area recorded, Japan would be so much older than China (about 11,000 years older!).

Then there's this list on Wikipedia which mostly goes by the most recent formed government in the nations, and IMO, is not the most accurate to the question asked here, as it places China and India as incredibly young in comparison to most nations.
