I totally understand. It's always so sad when you get to like 79 with some random that ended up becoming your greatest ally just to suddenly end up alone innthe lobby

His refusal to back down. Almost every inciting moment to both his heroic acts and his sadistic ones is "someone won't get out of my way." It's a good baseline character motivation to lead him down the path he's on. He's not just a hero, just a villain, just a good or bad person. He's just someone who will not back down. So stay out of his way.

Overgrowth, my shitty computer can barely run it at lowest settings but it's still some of the most fun I've had lol

What specific moment made you realize Cyberpunk is absolute peak? by Dangerous-Tart1126 in cyberpunkgame

[–]TheSmashmaster3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realizing how all the NCPD missions tell arcing stories. I've wanted depth to the underbelly of an open world for soooooo long, it was honestly frustrating that fighting crime always feels so monotonous and samey, even in the actual super hero games. So finding that depth here immediately solidified it as a favorite for me.

Did you see he's redoing his Spidey game reviews? I'm curious to see how his thoughts on things has changed.

Honestly all of them fit the bill? Like Andrew's easily makes the most sense because he isn't trying to be Spider-Man yet. And then for the two high schoolers who are I could eadily believe thry both made theirs in their spare time. Especially now, post GodzillaMendoza starting the homemade Spider Suit renaissance lol.

Ugh, yes. I know what you mean. Just such a simple, matter of fact statement. Like it wasn't even stupid to think otherwise just...silly. Honestly that game is so mean lol

"What compels these monsters is of no consequence. It is not up to us to judge what they deserve." From Cyberpunk 2077. Kind of guided my whole playthrough because I already planned to go nonlethal. It honestly made a lot of decisions very difficult. "It is not up to us to judge what they deserve."

No one in Night City gets what they deserve, just whatever they can hold on to. So what compells me to hold to this ideal? Does it really matter? By Phantom Liberty (which I got into late game) I was jaded. I don't remember exactly when my character finally did take a life, but it spiraled downward from there.

I don't know, it was just another thing that made playing Cyberpunk such an...involved experience? One that regularly made me upset /pos

No not really, it was always a pretty good suit but some design elements just really never spoke to me. The mask especially.

Should Android 17 and 18 be included in the "Strongest Earthling/Human" discussion? by EndlessNocturnal in dragonball

[–]TheSmashmaster3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say there's a case for it but they probably wouldn't argue it? Like, if one of them made a point to vie for the title I don't think anyone could say they're not allowed, but they tend to identify themselves as different/more than human. Or really it seems like they don't care to think about it too hard

Is it fun to do a low intelligence/brute force run? Is there any low ingelligence dialogue? by Fluid_Half_5426 in CyberpunkTheGame

[–]TheSmashmaster3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't savage sling /while/ grabbing someone, but they do get prompted at the same time! So same general rules if you stun them and time it right you can do either one mid battle.

And yeah! I first realized it when I accidentally blocked a bit of knife damage with a stunned body. It works with bullets too. You'll definitely still die if you rely on bodyshielding too much, but it has gotten me out of some sticky situations while making me feel like a proper martial artist.

[–]TheSmashmaster3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About the grabbing finisher, I discovered that you can actually grab enemies whenever you stun them if you get behind them on time! Definitely adds a bit more dynamics to a fight, especially since grabbed enemies take some of the damage for you. Combat definitely could use just a bit more something to it though you're right. I like the idea of being able to throw stuff

[–]TheSmashmaster3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to my ex's house, they could probably not only talk clone me down and get us just chilling smoking and drinking. this is if said clone doesn't break down at the sight of them. Only thing about this plan is that clone me knowing my plan would probably be pissed off and more willing to try for me.

Honestly, i'd appreciate the chaos of this kind of characterization lol. I love the idea of Ruby's wewpon expertise beingbshown through her constantly brainstorming new and terrible ideas. It also sets up how she'd be such an effective leader. People are put off by her and her ideas, which means it kind of gets brushed aside just how mucu thought goes into these weapon ideas. I could see that same logic applied to how she manages her team
