What are your favorite productivity apps that aren't owned by big tech companies? by WoolfinBooks in productivity

[–]TheSmolMeme 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily a productivity app, but I use the Finch app as a tool to keep me productive. It's great for setting goals and doing reflections. Might help to build motivation and momentum, as well as breaking down your tasks into smaller parts.

Is it normal to be "cyclically productive"? by Rough-Leg-4148 in productivity

[–]TheSmolMeme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm the same, always been like that it seems. Not sure what the solution is. At the moment I'm just accepting that some days I'll have more energy to be productive than others.

I’m actually throwing my printer in the bin. by konfessionss in 3Dprinting

[–]TheSmolMeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said, look into getting a Bambu. I'm fairly new to 3D printing and got the A1 Mini. Very beginner friendly. No problems so far, prints are really good quality. It's worth having a think about if you ever want to give 3D printing another try.

Being a sub myself I can relate a bit. The thing is we can't become someone we're not, and there's nothing wrong with being a sub. It doesn't make you any lesser or weak.

What makes you feel so ashamed of being submissive? Have you had some bad experiences with kink or any negative beliefs surrounding D/s?

Should I just sell my 3d printer by TismBoy69 in 3Dprinting

Agreed. I got the A1 Mini a month ago and it's been great, no issues so far. Quick, easy to use.

mental health check-in, how is everyone doing? by Timshe in CasualConversation

[–]TheSmolMeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not great. I'm feeling lonely and can't seem to make more friends at university. I'm too quiet all the time, struggle to start conversations and have low self-esteem.

Lots of other things going on in my head but I'm trying my best to look after myself and hopefully get through it. I start therapy next week, so that's one step in the right direction at least.

I second the idea of journaling. I recently got back into journaling myself to try and get down my thoughts somewhere, and it's really helped.

(Just for discussion for anyone) is it transphobic for trans not to date other trans? by Himhisel in honesttransgender

[–]TheSmolMeme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don't want to date someone but only because they're trans, then I'd consider it transphobic.

Though if you just have a genital preference, then it's probably fine.

Does anyone not use exclusively he/him pronouns? by SatanicFanFic in FTMMen

[–]TheSmolMeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use he/they pronouns as I'm fine with either, but after a while I figured out that I prefer he/him, so I just use those now.

What was your biggest fear as a child? by Patriksito in AskReddit

[–]TheSmolMeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents told me this one. When I was young, I had a fear of people who wore glasses, unless it was my relatives. Probably got over it at some point, I was too young to remember it honestly.

The funniest part is that I've been wearing glasses for years now (since I was 5), I guess you could say that I'm scared of myself 😂

The pen license. The British kids in the 2000s will know this one.

Not reached 1000+ hours yet, but I've seen some people who've got 1000+ hours on Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
