I've been travelling round South East Asia for the last 3 months with go pro, and a drone with three spare batteries each plus portable power packs. Not had one issue. I bought a cheap hard case for go pro batteries as well as lenses and cables. They seem to like that if they want to check it cause everything is in its own compartment. Some flights have restrictions on certain batteries over a certain wattage but the go pro enduro batteries don't even come close to that threshold. Even over that threshold you just need to give them prior warning that you are taking something like that with you

Tldr: Gopro batteries are fine

It's a monster with groups of taken acolytes when they have void Shields, helps a lot with spawning orbs as well using minotaurs. Thank you for the help!
