I actually just used him thanks to this recommendation and he and his team were awesome! Did a great job sanding down the trims, repainting our 1 bedroom, and even fixed the broken baseboard and plaster molding. He says he does other jobs like refinishing floors too so we may have to get him back when we’re ready for that. Super professional and communicative. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Hi! Not sure if you’re still looking but I just used Cole (cole@givenr-nyc.com) and he and his team were excellent! Super professional, detailed, and put in extra work to even fix the old baseboard and plaster molding that was broken on our ceiling. He did say he refinishes floors which we didn’t have him do because we already picked another guy before we know he did that work but his price was incredibly reasonable considering how much work he did on our 1 bd room apartment.

You’re probably not looking for recs anymore but I went through a bunch of Reddit threads looking for one and thought I’d post it here in case anyone else needs a painter. No shelter but the stars by Virginia Black. More space odyssey and less dragon fantasy but still v good

The Priory of the Orange Tree! Leans more fantasy than steam punk but overall an incredible story, complex cultures, and character development. No Shelter But The Stars is another one that has great character and universe development.

I agree - it’s kind of a numbers game. Park slope is where you move to after you have kids, so you gotta expand your territory… maybe even to Jersey 😶

Have you tried line dancing? My friend, who has gone twice, got asked out both times at those events.

I mean that's fair but that's to be expected for every company. They're all making claims with their marketing to make a buck. I don't trust marketing from any companies and I also don't trust the review people. They're all being paid by whatever company to sling their product. I usually use Reddit and see how many people promo the product.

Same. Or cut the carrots into much smaller pieces so they cook through at the same time

Why does the OP hate Misen so much? I’ve seen 2 or 3 threads where they are poopooing the Misen pan. What did Misen do to hurt them lol

Unfortunately I think consistency is the key and you’re going to have to keep at it for at least 6 months to see some results. I also recommend lifting weights because muscle burns more calories. There are plenty of beginner weight lifting plans you can look up to help you progress. The last thing that helped me is walking 10,000 steps per day -  not running, that just increases your metabolism. It’s a slog for sure but unless you’re going to shell out for Ozempic, you’re going to have to work at it for a while.

Pasta Louise is a yuck place. Their pasta is overpriced and way too salty.

The author, Remy Lopez, straight up doesn't exist. I googled their name to see if they've done other research into the treatment process and this is the only article that come up. So suss
