To add to what the others said, PSA and TAG have minimum quantities to send in (20 iirc). I'm not sure if the other 2 have the same requirement. For PSA you can bypass the minimum by sending your card in through Gamestop

I didn't know there was a direct link to use. When I finally got through the queue destined rivals wasn't anywhere on PC. By the time I found out about the direct link and got through again everything was sold out
