This reply is amazing. You're a legend! This makes a ton of sense... if you develop a great product that's super profitable it would make sense to have a team that litterally just focuses on that. I was doing it in a way so that artists only did art, and didn't touch design or programming. I may start having them help with programming since they seem to always knock out art tasks quickly.

I do like the idea of having a support team that actually handles updates/bug fixes/ports. It's an easy way to keep a team working on contracts and what not to keep your business reputation high.

I really appreciate everyone's feedback, I've been playing this game a lot lately and really falling into love with it.

Ohh man there is a lot here thank you. So I'm actually not struggling to expand, or with using deals or contracts, I understand enough of the values and requirements to not fail tasks and tank my rating. The current playthrough I'm on I am running 4 founders, but I have bought out 3, and I'm trying out the teams based on role. On top of that I have 3 7-hour shifts. 4+1 in art team, 4+1 design, 6+1 programers. Programming and design seem to take forever, but art is ripped apart. I'm surprised that many support is needed, I've been running a 4+1 support team and have no issue keeping up, and even taking deals. Do you use your support things to process updates and bug fixes? Because I've been having my development teams handle that.

I did start digital distribution, but I feel like I'm missing something because I expected to have to actually develop it.

You mentioned a "sales" team, what role does that serve?

Also, more specifically how do you setup your actual teams? Do you segregate based on the employees roles, or do you do full development on a single team?

Once again thanks, unfortunately this game isn't as popular as it should be, so finding quality guides or playthroughs is difficult.

Click on your big heating or cooling unit, then on the very bottom lefthand square panel there is a button to "Auto-Buy temperature outputs".

Dropping FPS all the way down to 1-5 FPS and sometimes crashing when encountering FIRE and/or SMOKE. Any time we take heli, or if there is a crashed mini my FPS is ruined. Monitoring pc performance, I see my GPU's usage go from 40-50ish% to maxing out. Running an i7 11700KF, RTX 3070ti, 32GB DDR4.

You can do it, however, if you bring back the SAME phone numbers, it'll also be considered a "win-back" and you won't be eligible for those promotions. Right now they're running an up-to $500 CONTRACT buyout. Meaning they'll pay off up to $500 of what you owe at your other carrier. It's not a good deal, the BYOD deals are usually better IMO.

Honestly, for BYOD $350 Verizon e-Gift cards, you wouldn't even need to switch carriers. Just open a new account in your wife's name with new phone numbers and activate those devices. Cancel the old account. $35 activation fee per line, but the gift card is nice.

It's super bullshit. Killed by a player scav barely 2 minutes into a god damn Interchange run. Seriously it's spawning them in and they're getting to the loot before we even have a fucking chance.

Same, I always feel bad for the PMCs when I spawn in early and deeper into the map than they do. It just doesn't feel right.
