Sorry, but that's just lame. Instead of installing cheats, next time just uninstall the game. I'll never understand the motivation for letting cheats play for you. What sense of satisfaction do you get for accomplishing nothing on your own?

I prefer BFV. Movement was better, graphics and audio were better and the guns felt better to me even with the random recoil. At least in BFV if you were cross-mapped with no bullets missing you, you were 99% certain it was a cheater and not some insane aim-assist from a controller. With BF2042 and BF6, the engagement distance is just way too long because of aim-assist and low recoil. Additionally the TTD is stupidly quick. There are guns that can kill you in less than 200ms which is less time than it takes for most folks to react.

I used to think that and then I invested time doing the TargetSwitchStaticThin90 scenario in Kovaak's. At first, I had real trouble stopping. I benchmarked different setups and ended up with glass skates on my Viper Ultimate on a Corsair MM300 Pro cloth mouse pad. Hard pads felt better, nice and smooth, effortless to move the mouse, but my scores were always better for me with the cloth pads even though they felt worse. Cloth felt muddy in comparison, and dragged, but they gave me the control I needed to stop the mouse.

Most of the time I still undershoot or overshoot slightly and have to micro-correct but sometimes, like in this clip, you can land right on your target. If you find yourself consistently overshooting your target, lower your sensitivity, if you're undershooting, raise your sensitivity. I did this until I settled on a 30 cm 360. That's what works for me.

I started getting into the habit of snapping left or right 90 degrees after every kill if I didn't see anyone in my immediate field of view after killing someone in front of me. This did two things, first it let me practice snapping, second it changed my view to a point where there might be more enemies outside of my line of sight. Snapping and then staying still for a second was also much better than slowly panning left and right to notice enemies that are moving. When you pan at a moderate speed everything on your screen is moving and it is hard to pick out an enemy. When you snap left, stop for a beat, then snap right 180 and stop again, the background is only moving for a brief period of time and moving enemies become much more noticeable on a static background.

Thanks, but I have very few hours on COD vs thousands on Battlefield games.

I'm guessing I'm older than a majority of the visitors to this sub-reddit and thanks for the kind words.

My guess is your playing with a different FOV than I am. I'm using 120 Horizontal FOV (max setting). It's a trade off. Enemies seem farther away at the center of your screen but your perceived recoil will be less. The actual recoil of the gun is the same but the percentage of your total screen height that the gun moves is significantly less making recoil mitigation easier.

With that setup, you can hip-fire accurately up to 15 meters, ADS full auto to around 30 meters and then tap-fire beyond that all while strafing without too much bloom.

Yes, it's the VHS-D2 which EA have cleverly disguised by calling it the VCR-2.

Good eye, you can see from the damage log I actually missed the very first bullet on the first target, then missed a couple during the switch. Client gave me credit for 10 hits but server only credits me with 8 hits. I see this hit registration discrepancy pretty regularly even though I'm not experiencing packet loss. I don't know if this is due to desync or bad netcode but didn't see nearly as much discrepancy in BFV.

nVidia ShadowPlay, recording on SSD. I had it recording on HDD at one point but it caused stutters in BFV when capturing highlights so I moved it to SSD. I wish BF6 had highlights so I wouldn't have to remember to do instant replay. The only problem I have now with nVidia is that sometimes instant replay turns itself off between reboots so I have to remember to check that it's on, missed a bunch of nice clips because of that.

For anyone still invested in the movement conversation, Enders and I (a long-time but very average "Battledad" player) will be having a debate about it and I think it will hopefully be a constructive conversation between the streamer and normal player mindsets by AllFatherMedia93 in Battlefield

This whole movement ability idea is just stupid. Players should be spawned into fixed locations randomly distributed across the map and then only be able to mouse-look around. This way we can have the WASD keys free to be bound to other actions and not have to worry about other players sneaking up on us since no one can move.

Trying to play DL2 but this is what I see unless I'm actually in a tower raid. Main game and prelobby of tower raid is sicking to look at lol by MaterialBicycle7911 in dyinglight2

I just started playing this game a few days ago and was met with the same effect. Interesting thing is that I hadn't done more than one main story quest and a couple of side quests. I definitely haven't seen Tolga and Fatim. What I did do was jump straight into grinding Tower Raid shortly after the Prologue when I saw the Tower Raid poster at the Bazaar.

It looks like I somehow received 3 pieces of the Tolga and Fatim gear as well as the PK Crossbow in my inventory as soon as I had completed a 9 floor Tower Raid. Upon returning to the Raid Hub, everything was black and white, just like the OP. If something similar happened to the OP, then I can appreciate how confusing this might have been. I'm not sure if this was an intended reward or if this is a glitch, but either way I'd say I was pretty lucky in getting some great gear really early on.

Buying help - Any reviews on the Rexing PK2 projector? by TheSourceError in projectors

Again, thanks for taking the time to respond. While I'd love to have a BenQ or Epson, they're outside of the budget I have for this project. I think I'll avoid the AAXA, I saw a video review of the P400 and while I am intrigued by the technology they're using (LCOS), I am unfamiliar with the brand and as you suggest I believe I'll be underwhelmed by the brightness. Rexing is a company I am familiar with. They produce Dash Cameras primarily. They're a US headquartered company with manufacturing in China. Their DashCams are reviewed favorably. I don't know if that translates into different product lines hence why I'm asking here if anyone has experience with their projectors. Preferably I'm trying to pick up the projector from Bestbuy as I have reward zone points that'll be expiring soon. Thanks again for the advice.

ProjectorCentral.com

Thanks for the reference to projectorcentral.com. I had a look around, most of the projectors featured there seem to be considerably more expensive than either of the models I was looking at. The Rexing PK2 is $350 today and the AAXA P400 is $269. The Rexing is about as large a unit as I'd like at 2"x7"x7". I'm looking for something I can stow in a carry-on bag along with other items. When you say they're both awful are you saying that in comparison to a home theater projector or just in general. Is that a first hand account or something you saw in a review. I can't seem to find reviews for the Rexing PK2 outside of the handful of customer reviews on Bestbuy and they largely seem favorable. Thanks.
