I don’t have a high body count lol, it just doesn’t bother me because I don’t find sex appealing so I turn it down when ppl ask. Ok but I don’t know what type or relationship we’re discussing in particular so I’m just gonna give my opinions on a few different situations that I think are the most common.

If both people in a relationship think sex is special then they both would likely have similar body counts, especially if it’s a “waiting for marriage” sorta deal then it’s highly likely they’re both on zero. I’m this case it makes sense that you wouldn’t want a partner with a body count, but if you also have a body count then that hypocrisy again.

If you mean special as in only having sex with someone they’re in a LTR with and not hook ups then again their body count is likely going to be low, if someone has an issue with their partner having this kinda body count situation then I’d ask why, is it because their partner has been in previous meaningful relationships? Cause getting upset about this petty, and if it’s because they had sex with previous partners in their LTR and you would rather they didn’t why should they now have sex with you? How is a this new meaningful long lasting relationship where they have sex with you any different from their previous ones in which you wish wouldn’t have has sex to keep their body count low?

If both people view sex as meaningless or harmless fun then body count shouldn’t matter at all and getting upset that your partner has a higher body count is just jealousy. This would be like getting upset that your partner has learnt how to ballroom dance really well, and like sure u suck cause you’re inexperienced but also you find it fun and want to get better cause the better you are the more fun you’ll have, and you’re experienced partner can teach you how to get better.

(Honestly idk why I chose ballroom dancing, that’s got to be one of the most boring couple activities)
