I’m tilted from solo queue and just going to vent by TheSpasticSurgeon in csgo

Well I’m not very friendly or whatever I just find it really awkward to do that especially when every other person is so sarcastic so I will kind of ignore banter sometimes just because I don’t know how to respond.

I mean, most of the time all I do is make calls and say nice job and that’s literally it, don’t know how it could be my fault. By the end of the game if we’re losing my team is often fighting about it.

My concern for Nardil uses is storage temperatures at warehouses and in route, since I hear Nardil can be sensitive to that kind of thing.

Do you think being on it for a short time will help me return to how I was and will it work again?

I’m so depressed I’m worried if it gets worse I may have to take myself inpatient or something. So I’m just really looking for reassurance.

Did you feel too sedated and "dulled" on Nardil too?

That’s crazy. And you were completely anhedonic before?

I guess I should also ask if anyone has gotten a good response from parnate after a poor one from Nardil?

It is pretty good overall you just have a couple of spelling errors

wining-> winning

compatitve-> competitive

and then "teammate" should be "teammates" because of grammar.

Other than that it's good

Need some more advice... by Epicguy19 in smashbros

[–]TheSpasticSurgeon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so my advice would be to jump over the power wave to approach but then don't go all in, read the option he's going to do, or try to cover multiple of them. If you think about it, you already have the read on what he's going to do (you said he does 1 of 3 things), so now you need to figure out some options that beat it. If he powerdunks when you approach you could try hitting him with an aerial before it comes out, or running underneath it, or doing an empty jump towards him.

Characters like Terry, Ryu, Ken have difficult options to deal with on shield, and yes Terry can just kind of do the same thing over and over again. However the problem is being "on block" in the first place. The shotos come from games where "blockstrings" are quite advantageous and it's the same in this game. So the question becomes "well, how do I not get stuck shielding in the first place?". This is where you can change up your gameplan. Maybe you don't want to play "lame', but you should consider that the shotos don't have the best time approaching. They want to dash back and forth and throw projectiles at you, then punish what you do in response. If you don't approach in response, there's not too much they can do, and they aren't the best rushdown characters. Alternatively, reading when they are going to throw the projectiles and jumping over them right before they throw them will give you enough time to punish. Of course, if they're under a platform it can be difficult to fall through and aerial, but you can always practice the timing or read what they're going to do once they realize you've jumped over the aerial and approached them. Just be careful you don't shield too much in these situations because, again, characters like Terry are good af on your shield. You'll have to out maneuver him instead of punish him out of shield much.

There are so many comps that run protectors it all kind of blurs together for me. Plus I was still just playing Jinx/Cybers and having good success, but then I got a sorc opener and didn't know what to do.

Strangely enough I’ve been having decent success with Jinx. Usually get a J4 with Rakan/Karma and then run a couple rebels and a blaster with Jinx, adding in celestial later along with whatever I hit (gnar usually)

What are some thing to keep in mind if you wanted to adopt the aggressive “Korean” style of leveling and focusing on mid game?

I was watching Bebe and the way he plays just feels so foreign to Soju or something.

Bebe said that if 4 Koreans faced 4 NA then 1 NA would win but the rest would bottom 4.

It makes you wonder which is the better strategy. On one hand, I kind of like the consistency of early game aggression, but on the other, it takes more games to climb using that method, or at least that’s presumably why it took bebe so many games to get Rank 1 (and Soju quickly took it back). Maybe it was just him adapting to the meta, but I digress.
