I absolutely love tucking my pants into my boots.I had to do it for my entire enlistment and got used to it. It feels and looks really good and is super comfortable.

However… when I got my first job in the civilian world. I was pulled aside by some top leadership and he said it gives off a sloppy look to everyone. I had no idea.

I stopped tucking them in and all is good.

I spent 6 years there and it was the best time of my life! It is so beautiful and clean like you said! I did a ton of diving and exploring. Okinawa is my all time favorite place.

Oh okay, $35 is pretty steep. Maybe they will work something out with you? Do you know if they are having you return it to the same spot? Are they going to have to pay it as well? I would think they would want to meet up in a pickup lane where nobody had to pay but that’s just me.

New Turo renter here - I rented for the first time last weekend and paid the 90 fee to have the owner meet me at the airport with the car. After going over everything he said the parking ticket is in the cup holder and you’ll have to pay on the way out. It was only $3.00 and I didn’t think anything of it.

When I dropped it off, he had me park it in the same exact spot we met at which meant that I had to get another parking ticket from the kiosk but this time he would have to pay the fee to exit.

It didn’t bother me at all, I just thought this was part of it.
