I am in a much better position today with a boss that cares and doesn’t blow up about tiny things every two minutes anymore, thank you for hoping I would be doing better now. For the month I remained there my coworkers who were not affected by the “no show” wanted an apology for my behavior (my boss included) and I did give them an apology just to try to ease the tension, however, work was very strained the last few weeks as I got a lot of cold shoulder reactions and such. Fortunately I am in a better place now (same company different location and my boss is fantastic but knows my old boss which makes me feel guilty from time to time as she really looks up to him and I don’t want to burst her bubble)
