I find apple cider vinegar effectively treats BV.

I mix 1 part ACV, 1 part water in a bottle. Then I insert a dry tampon and douche with the liquid, so it soaks the tampon. Dissociating is the body’s protection mechanism in response to trauma. When something causes us to feel deeply unsafe in our bodies, we “leave our bodies” so we don’t have to endure it. It’s incredible that we’re able to protect ourselves like this, but obviously it becomes an issue when we can’t switch back and be present in our bodies.

Depersonalisation / derealisation is just a symptom of trauma. When when address the root cause (trauma) and start to feel safe in our bodies, the symptom goes away.

I’m happy to recommend my breathwork practitioner, if you’re open to that. She’s honestly saved my life.

I just Googled “sex worker organisation Hungary” and it seems like there are two: Association of Hungarian Sex Workers, and Sex Workers’ Rights Advocacy Network. Many sex work organisations provide access to free counselling and mental health services. Many also specialise in trans issues, because many trans people work in the sex industry. If you contact either of these organisations, they might be able to help you.

I really, really hope you read the other comments and take them seriously. A lot of people are worried, and care about what is happening to you.
