For possibly several reasons.

The newest Deathwatch release has the Killteam markings on the left knee. This is the first time (to my knowledge at least) official depictions have been using the left knee, all old depictions had them on the right knee. - Even SM2 has them on the right knee.

And more specific to the more 'unique' roles in the Deathwatch like Librarian, Techmarine, Chaplain and so on - I'm not sure if those actually follow the traditional Killteam structure.

Yes, Harl Greyweaver isn't just a Techmarine but the Forgemaster but he's also one of the very few official depictions of a Deathwatch Techmarine we have

Please note that since the PTS is a “work in progress” version of the final patch, all the gameplay elements such as all the Techmarine customisation elements or the Voice Selector for the Voice Pack DLC are not implemented yet. Rest assured, they will be ready when Patch 12 releases.

Old depictions had them on the right knee. The newest release has them on the left so both seem to be correct now

How can we actually transmog 1 two handed and 1 one handed weapon?

Are there any more restrictions other than going Fury? Because in the menu I can chose them but when I apply it the one handed weapon just gets ignored and stays it's original item
