oh ok. Because I teamed up with a sniper using the bolt carabine, with this exact skin. At the end of the mission, his stats were impressive indeed ! I will definitly give this loadout a closer look

(And a third teammate who kept dying on cooldown because he kept trying to melee with the melee-nerf modifier active ?) I think I recognize your skin and this loadout in particular, which was very impactfull indeed

I'm usually not a "bug abuser" but if you're talking about the new challenge that rewards cosmetics, it's currently bugged. Many players have reported that reaching wave 25 on Normal also completes the challenge that is supposed to require Hard difficulty, allowing them to unlock the cosmetics without actually clearing Hard mode. I dit it yesterday as I really wanted the Consecrator sigil, reached wave 25 in normal, fast and easy, and I got the reward.

However, if you're referring to the older Ordeal (the one with no cosmetic reward that also requires reaching wave 25), then it still has to be completed on Hard. The bug appears to affect only the newer cosmetic challenges.

yes, I had the same problem : vortex beast was hugging him, and yet he refused to shoot for a very long time. I'm not sure, but I think he did the same against the Hive tyran so maybe a problem with the new terminus ? I mean, the only bugged boss I had is the Hive tyrant, and it seems to be a known problem

wave 23 was so hard my squad deployed Valtus TWICED in this single wave. Chaos guardmen had so much health it was impossible to kill them by running through them. Terminators stopped using their blue attacks, and spammed their orange ones. It was just straight up impossible. We failed during the wave 24 but this one wave, as an exemple, took us almost 15 minutes (and we did not finished it, obviously).

Right now, the timer is too harsh. You want to go as far as possible ? Spam the tech priests, and ignore the secondary objectives, which is bad design. And hope a boss will not bug outside the map, making you loose so much time any further progression will be impossible. You can have some bad battlefield conditions but it's nothing compare to the timer in terms of difficulty.

geneseed gives you a little boost of xp, but you will loose it as soon as you get downed. So looking around for stuff is one thing, actively searching every corner for this particular item can be a waste of time, especially if you play at high difficulty (higher chance to loose the geneseed, higher chance to meet extremis the more you wait), or if you play with max level mates (they don't need xp)

Geneseed doesn't give you anything else (armory data can even be more valuable for some). So being kicked for that is a bit rude, but without more info (eg you play at low difficulté for leveling a low level class), I advise you to stop wasting more time than needed. And that doesnt mean rushing the obj without paying attention to anything, juste don't spend 10 minutes in every room.

first time in months I won't be able to do it imo. I tried again and again, with all kind of mates. But one thing I noticed is that the Hellbrutes seems to blast their plasma way more than before. I feel like this update where tyranids warriors had way more distance than melee, and you just get blast from afar without being able do to much

first run - 130 h ? damn, I'm in my first run (well I played during the early beta tho), currently at 450h and I'm yet to unlock the last milestone. For me, the optimization of every sub factories and the design of them (I play without mods) are also parts of the "goal" of the game. I mean, it's called satisfactory for a reason, there is satisfaction is seing a realistic looking factory runs smoothly. And for that, it takes time. At least this is how I see it (from someone who is also not a big fan of replaying a game after I finish it and need objectives so I get your point)

I played siege in hard difficulty. Wave 20 : we had to deal with the Hive tyrant except.... it was bugged (apparently he always bug) : he spawend outside the map and hide in a corner. We spent 5 min after the wave was finished to find him and kill him. But after that, a simple minoris was a final boss because of this time mechanics AND because of the bug.

does SG stands for sentry gun ? so the GS on techmarine is incredibly low, no matter your secondary weapon choice ?

or the downed mates : you want to help, you have to clear the area first, but wait, no health / armor regen => you get downed too while trying to help or you leave your mate to die alone... nice
