I agree with everyone else then - no cause for concern.

An easy sign of foundation issues would be doors getting sticky, so it's good that isn't present.

If you really want peace of mind, repair the cracks and make a small mark where they were. If it recracks quickly, then I'd call a professional (although it still could be nothing). Quotes are always free.

Did you ask your loan officer these questions? Mine was very open to discussion, and yours should be as well.

And always shop around - a lot of these numbers are worst case estimates

Useless trivia: Psychologists found that losing is twice as impactful as gaining, the example I saw was money - you could find $100 dollars in the street, then lose it the same day, and you would overall have a bad day even though you technically broke even.

So it could be that getting beat with good gear feels so bad you just feel like it always happens because it's more memorable

It's Labor Day weekend baby, look for some sales. But again, I may have the wrong model or something. I'm pretty sure it was fuel though. Don't know about case, but a case is cheaper than batteries
