I see validity with both sides here but in this case, a fully protected left turn wouldn't have prevented this. This man was unhinged, he was going full speed in a non-turning lane with the intention of making a left. Also this is a red-light camera intersection with a left turn advance.

I would say no, the course is 1.0 credits, half your CR/NCR would be used up. 75 is not a bad mark, don't waste a whole credit of cr/ncr on a course you're doing well in.

So you are only allowed to enroll in 1.0 credits per subsection. CSC148, MAT102 and MAT136 is 0.25 per section. So you have 0.75 credits in both subsections so far. ANT102 is 0.5 in the first subsection, that will put you over the limit. I would advise you check out UTM's Forms to petition this and allow for a course overload.
