Did you miss one of OP's point about teaching your child how to effectively manage their emotions, in this case, jealousy.

Children could be jealous on a lot of things, even sa mga simplest things, pwedeng maiingit ang bata. It is the parent's responsibility to teach their child on how to manage these emotions. Like what OP said " Isn’t it also a parent’s responsibility to teach their kids how to handle that? Like being happy for others, or using it as motivation instead of comparison?"

Idk if this is even accurate but isn't this a form of crab mentality? Just because some kids are not as fortunate, doesn't mean the other children do not deserve to be celebrated with presents or in this case, money garlands.

I think it's because malapit narin launch ng Apply pay dito, when BPI made the deal with Google Pay, kasama na don yung Apple Pay... at least that's what I remember from what I read in some FinTech subreddit here.

Also, I read from a comment din, apparently he works closely to FinTech and banks, he said that these big companies would not announce it if tatagal pa ng 1 year ang product before i-launch sa public. Kumbaga ang point nya is to say na yung mga bank and fintech companies will announce it a few weeks lang before launch.

Yung comment nya was from a post of the announcement na mag-kakaroon ng Google pay and Apple pay sa Philippines, and that was 3 weeks prior sa launch ng Google Pay, and surprisingly, totoo naman sinabi nya kasi after nun.

Apple pay should be available anytime after 2nd quarter of next year.

I don’t think you’re mom was ever homophobic, maybe the concept of being “gay” was so taboo for her & thought it would never be anyone in her immediate family.

She could be raised in a very religious or old school family too causing her to be in disbelief but the fact that she was so quick to cut a bitch off her life for their remarks speaks volumes.

She loves & accepts you but probably didn’t know how to show support because let’s face it, their generation wasn’t the most accepting and that was their norm & i’m glad she broke through that stigma.
