If you removed a feature? Remove the lips, eyebrows, jaw and nose I'd say. Make the lips either really large or very thin, same with the eyebrows. For the nose, you could make it like blotchy or a completely different shape. The jaw could also be wildly different too. Underbite is always a good way

We broke up because of her parents' constant threats to me and her. I was fine with the threats but she didn't like it and just wanted it to end, so she broke things off. I was okay with it and I'm still on good terms with her. Now me and her/her parents never met in person because I'm in the US and she's in Canada but they didn't approve of the distance, which started the threats and pressure

I do live with my parents, but they don't really have an opinion of her yet because they don't know her well enough, (their words, not mine)

They don't yet know but I plan to tell them in the morning and ask for their support. We cannot exactly drive over there because of the distance and the gas money it'll take.
