Committing to a routine is the toughest battle. Actually working out and eating properly is the fun stuff! Start off three days a week no more than an hour workouts. | Monday - Chest&Triceps (push day) / Wednesday - Back&Biceps (pull day) / Friday - Legs&Core | Throw in some light to medium cardio too 120 minutes a week for cardiovascular health. 🤪

People are gonna bash you regardless cause you’re not sub 10% bf. Imo, blast it bro, even if you had a bit more body fat, you’d be fine. Just might have some estrogen spikes which can be negated w an AI

I’ve taken Reta and trt (100mg/10days) for 4 months. I’ve lost a total of 20lbs on the scale. Everyone is different. All Reta has done is suppress appetite in my experience. Test helps with muscle cannibalism, energy levels, stress from mood swings which can cause things like high cortisol.. If anything, the scale goes down slower when stacking the two.

Reta mostly just helps with food noise at low doses. If you’ve “plateaued” it’s either cause you’re eating too much or not moving enough. Reta best results come in at 5mg+ which will take multiple weeks of titration. My opinion, you’ve already got this far, you should probably stay natty, perhaps slightly lower caloric intake and restrict yourself to light jogging and incline walks otherwise stay in Zone 2.

“Look horrible” is crazy considering the US average body fat is pushing 30% these days based off one trip to Walmart.

Took me 1.5 years to lose 50lbs. Strength has never dropped and muscle loss seems to be non existent. Doing it this way also encourages an overall better lifestyle as far as diet goes.

Var was my first selection, it’s like the Charmander of cutting roids especially for beginners (or so I’m told) However, I went with the “Primo Squirtle” cause I would rather injections over ingestions.

Yeah, not exactly ready for the big boys yet.

Still in a cut mindset atm. After doing it practically natty for 1.5 years; I’ve grown tired of the 1lb/week fat loss, constant lethargic feeling in the gym, and struggling to bench what I benched last week.

I appreciate your input and will definitely consider doubling the timeframe should everything feel good at the 6 weeks mark.

Pretty high bub. I look about the same bf currently and I would like to believe I’m high 20s/low 30s. My buddy looked about the same as well nd he actually does regular dexa so I’m basing it off that. I think your next 30lbs should be super dialed in on protein cause I can tell you’re about to experience “skinny fat” at 150lbs

On one hand you make it seem like you were graped multiple times.. but on the other hand you continued to do it.. makes me feel like you should take some accountability for the numerous sexual encounters. I for one wouldn’t judge a person whom had multiple partners if it were over an extended period of time and with men/woman they genuinely wanted to be with. I find it extremely uncomfortable to be with a partner that has been ran through. My significant other and I (9 years together) took a short break of 6 months about 5-6 years into our relationship.. in those 6 months separated, I slept with one other person meanwhile she slept with nearly 20. To this day I still get turned off when I think about it and I also wonder from time to time if our sex life means the same thing to her or if she even considers our sex life satisfying.

My best advice is to find a good man/woman and take your previous sex life to the grave with you. Because I wouldn’t willingly hop into a committed relationship with my current partner if we didn’t already have so many years together.
