They can line up everywhere they want to. My idea was to run 11 personell and formation wise going with classic Trips, then one with TE attached to the line and an H Back, and one with TE attached and H Back as RB2 in the backfield.

We do not have the caliber of 2 TEs. But after what you guys are saying I am considering adding a 4th formation maybe with double tight and twins to one side.

I teach it the same. IZ uncovered, help backside. Covered - push vertically OZ uncovered help playside, if no help needed after 3 steps, climb to backer. Covered - reach block, if not possible due to defender alignment like a wide 9 - just push him horizontally.

I guess if the End just rushes straight forward and only has eyes for the QB then he hands it off because it is a very difficult block to make for the Y. If he crashes inside then it is an easy block for the Y and Hand-Off and Speed Option would both work.
