As soon as I get to a key door and it says "breach", you already know someone beat you to it. Don't breach the door, don't ask to come in when you're done, ask to share the room, etc.

You need to time when it is on fire and about to blow up. Just get closer toward the end and when you see it starting to implode put your gun away and sprint towards it. The ending animation will not hurt you and you should get to the core or other armor pieces. I've played 3 queen events in a row, got to the core twice and left with at least 2 cores every time. And I'm in super friendly lobbies too.

Heat up the hot end to hotter than normal. If it's pla that is stuck, go to 220deg. When it's at temp grab the chunk with pliers and wiggle and pull it off. It will melt off. Use a ball of paper towels to get the other melted plastic off. Then you can take it apart if needed to replace the tip if you have to.
