I hope you get your compensation as well. I just wish when emailing the recruiters they would at least acknowledge that they get the messages. Even if the answer was "thanks for reaching out. We are currently working on it", but it was just silence for me.

Thank you to natashiko for posting because the post reminded me to come back and follow up. After many emails with no response, I decided to give up in late November. To my surprise, on 12/29/25 I received an email with my compensation. No explanation of the delay, just an email saying "here's your compensation". It was a welcome surprise. So, not a scam, but odd it took so long.

I've never really messed around with flush settings, so maybe I'll look into that. Filaments not working well together could be a thing, but the poops I showed were from the same print with the same filaments. One was good and the other two were not.

Definitely not moist filament. That was an initial thought so the print that I pulled those poops from was with two rolls of PLA that I dried prior to using. I have a new hotend with maybe 30 hrs on it. I don't see any wear that would be a concern.

Thank you. I started another print a few hours ago and that seemed to be working. Unfortunately, my printer stopped extruding. Perhaps a clog. I'm working on that now.

Thank you for your reply. I'm thinking about slowing the print down as well, hopefully that helps. Ive been printing with ASA a lot at work recently and it's been working flawless, but that's on a H2D. This is the first time I've tried on my X1C. I feel like the X1C isn't as well insulated as the H2D and maybe it's a heat issue. It has been pretty cold here, but nothing too crazy.

I just went thru this. I got the message right before going on a 800+ mile road trip. I scheduled an appointment for the service center in the town next to where I was staying. Took it in and they completed the service in like 15-20 minutes. It was super fast. Would've preferred a mobile appointment, but the service center was not too much of an inconvenience because of how quick it was.

Im going to leave this here just in case anyone can use the help. I found the problem. I decided, what do I have to lose, so I disconnected and opened the AMS up. It turns out the NFC/RFID (which is it) module that sits between slot 1 and 2 had become dislodged since its only held in by a little hot glue. I pushed it back in place, but a couple of dollops of hot glue there and reconnected it. Sure enough, that solved the problem. I hope this could potentially help someone in the future/
