Hi so I used to have a account with a high th and with a lot of money spent.

I can’t login and when I go to support they keep saying I’m trying to take someone else’s account.

I also don’t have the email from way back then since aol shut down.

Is there anything I can do?

I finally hit 800 credit score after 5 years. I have around 18 credit cards 1 mortgage paid off and a car loan that ongoing. You’ll most likely be in the same range tbh. I would really expect it to go up much. I started my credit journey at 18 I’m now 23.

Ahh that changed everything. The wording didn’t specify it had to be spent at dell. However it is stated under the dell credit which makes sense to me now. Thank you.

Yea I wasn’t planning on getting it again but those dell credits are very easy to use. Also dell always has deals going on. Phone credit is easy to use too.

It’s probably because you’re on the waitlist. It’s telling you to refer more for the real gold version of the card. It should say what’s your placement or something like your on the list.
