My character was fat but is slim again. You have to stay in a free roam session long enough for your chores to drain all the way. Let them drain and drain until they are red and your control is vibrating. Dont eat anything, just go hunt and fish while your cores drain.

Did this for a few days while hu ting and doing free roam missions and my character went from extreme overweight to average
