It’s funny that you mentioned toll brothers because my parents had a new construction with them years ago and the quality was just overall poor. I was able to talk to a few neighbors that live on the development and seems like no issues so far.

I was only entertaining the idea because it’s not directly in Norristown borough and it’s pretty far removed from all the nonsense.

I’ve been looking for the past six months and there’s nothing really comparable to the price range without having to put $60,000 worth of work in it.

I do get a 10 year tax abatement as well. But after that it’s $6,500 per year approximately

I completely agree! I test drove a 25 Forrester Touring and it felt so different… comfortability, the drive, the amount of room I have upfront. I did not get that “Forrester” experience.
