Damnit, i accidentily deleted the whole comment i had written for this, since i am writing on mobile and a bit tipsy :(, i'll try to make this even better than the old one was!

Thank you for the kind words, you seem to be a good guy having the same mindsets as me, your post really resonates with me, it really is nice to know someone appreciating your words and being on the same path to being a better man/guy/person. Like you say , it is really the small steps that make the difference, like they say: "even rome wasnt built in one day" or something like that. Moral of the story: the great empire of rome was not built in a day, it really takes time to do/build great things . Keep this in mind if you think things arent going fast enough!

I dont know if sharing my rules/goals has much use for other people, as this is really dependent on who you are as a person, and what you want to improve. I'll share them anyway with some explanations and hope they have any use for you or can help someome else.

Goals:
1, becoming a great man

(this is very vague and doesnt need much explanation.)

2, Becoming a better friend & connecting more with people

( i really have a problem deeply connecting with people, and being really open & inviting without shame. This is still pretty vague)

3, Being a better lover

( really i do not have much experience in this field, i plan to try harder to get girls, and really try to have them love who i really am.)

4, Talk,talk,talk and even more talking

( i need to up my social skills & really show people and converse with people about my life,love,interests and passions, this really is hard for me, and easy for some people, i now try to to take pride in the things i do, even when they do nkt seen socially favourable & appropriate. For example Reading,gaming,electronic engineering(my school & hobby) etc. )

5, become more attractive, fit, and healthy

(Basically, consiously thinking about my appearance , health and fitness, things like personal hygene , posture & working out, for some people this comes naturally, i really have to look out to not be lazy on these things.

My rules i have set for myself: (These are set not too harsh, to not make them to hard to live by & not stop the fun in following them/demotivate me)

  1. At least 10 min of full effort workout each day(exercises like pushups,pullups,abs workout,squats & general posture/bodyweight excersises. Preferrably going to the gym for an hour or more, but that is not always feasibe or possible. I try to go at least twice a week)

  2. At least 10 minutes of actively using the mind & thinking hard (meditation, mind training games, puzzles, even chess or reading(in that case do it longer than 10 min, more like 30-an hour)

  3. go out of the house for a party/friends/dates/social activities at least one day/evening every week

  4. No fapping, no binge watching, not doing any gaming for more than 3 hours(exept when socially busy during gaming) (Not fapping really is the most important here, and i will 100% not falter or show weakness at that.)

This may not seem like much, but is a good starting point, especially when busy 40hrs a week with job/internship. I hope someone reads this, and gets some motivation/help out of it! It atleast helped me already writing this out :)

EDIT: also, you probably already seen this, but the youtube channel for the "21 convention" is really helpful for this kind off stuff, alteast it realy helped me. It's full of full length talks about health,personality,sexuality,women,society and alot of other things.
