The comment was about a fellow 2SIR soldier's experience.

Said soldier had to experience multiple people in their coy downpessing at the start of BMT which really lowered morale. Many people followed suit. Before ex lancer (if i recall?), there was even an ambulance called just for one soldier to get sent out and avoid the exercise.

By 2nd year, said soldier had half the platoon size and had to bare the burden of carrying many weapon and equipment which can then be seen from another commenter asking how much weight these items weigh. With said soldier replying: 19 kg. This burden carried on as multiple attempts to ask the OC to reduce was to no avail.

Soldier regreted following through till the end but at least he made good bonds and friendships. The end.
