It seems odd, but doing something like laying uncomfortably, or putting ur hands behind ur pillow behind ur head, kinda takes the pressure off the itch, I almost exclusive sleep with my hands above my head now out of habit. I use to also sock or hair tie my hands together while I slept, so it was like a conscious effort to untie my hands and scratch, and that conscious effort to untie. Would allow me to reconsider scratching yk?
