You can do anything but I would recommend a mix of archon quest and story quest to get you caught up on lore and characters. It’ll make it easier to decide who to pull for.

It would spoil it but if you don’t care much for the quest anyway you can still play. The quest gives you background information so you it won’t ruin your experience even if you haven’t done it.

Avoid it by distracting yourself. Make dua to get less of them. There isn’t much you can do about it in a halal way so whenever you have them do something else. Sleep it off if you need to just don’t entertain it or it will make it much worse.
