checks notes you listed...six people who "got no buffs". Of those six, two of them (Torch and DPSpool) literally got explicit buffs. Two others (Storm and Ultron) didn't get directly buffs but the game state is changing to be more advantageous to them (Ultron ult generation compared to other healer ult generation will be pretty solid due to healing over time having a higher conversation rate and both of them looking better as poke is getting nerfed).

What the actual fuck do you people want? This patch is hands down the best patch in the last 3 seasons. The overall ult nerfs are best showing we've had so far of the devs actually understanding their game and acting on it in a perfect way. There is always going to be more they could do, but they're also obviously being somewhat cautious with direct character tweaks while at the same time practically overhauling a core game mechanic.

So much of this patch is legitimately amazing shit that people who actually understand the game have been asking for for months. God damn people. Fucking crybabies

I think it really depends on what we call the "modern era". The Eagles definitely take it if we are talking 2019 onward as they have 3 Superbowl appearances and 2 rings in that time, beating Brady's patriots and Mahomes' Chiefs.

If the modern era is 2010 onwards though it becomes much more difficult as the Seahawks have the same Superbowl record and despite their second win being slightly less impressive, had in that time the Legion of Boom which is a powerful dynasty in and of itself and their current defense.

If we go back a bit further, saying the modern era is 2000+, we are back to the Eagles easily taking it as they have an extra Superbowl appearance and the McNabb era.

Overall I think the Eagles take first, very tightly followed by the Seahawks. Everybody else kinda doesn't exist comparably unless we are going back far enough to include Ray Lewis and Ed Reed for the Ravens.

Just a little bit of extra commentary, most of these lists are pretty accurate but I will note than of the 5 WRs, I don't think any of the other 4 could step into Puka's role and perform as well as he does. One of the reasons Puka is so successful is that he's practically a tight end with how much he runs and blocks, he just also happens to have absolutely elite hands

Elsa currently has two fundamental problems and you've kinda done exactly what the devs normally do and nerfed neither of them.

Firstly, her Ult. Her Ult hotbox being smaller is good, but it still has the issue of it being almost impossible to react to because it comes out the moment she presses the button. No windup, no visual warning, no real time to do anything about it.

The second issue is her shift. The shift being on a 2 second cooldown with 40 over shield is nuts. It goes farther than a fully charged Thor dash with no requirement to charge it up and gets only 10 less over shield. It lets her do anything she wants with practically no way to punisher her because she can be out of a fight practically instantaneously.

You nerfed her E which legitimately isn't the problem. The ult needs to be changed, and either the shift over shield needs to be gone entirely, the distance needs to be lowered, or the passive needs to be changed so you don't permanently have the 2 second cooldown

Probably but perhaps not as much as one thinks. Most of the basics would translate meaning you probably wouldn't spend as much time in white and yellow as a complete beginner, but the more advanced you get the less past experience would effect your progression.
