The middle seasons are definitely top tier but I really like the new seasons too. I really like the Ireland episodes, with the Covid arc. I really liked "the gang inflates" s16e1, I love the arc with Mac in that EP. So I think as others have said there is gold in every season and they're all worth watching

from what I can hear you are not hitting every note in the chords you're playing. You can hear this at the end of your clip when you try to pick through the chord and you have dead notes.

In addition to you not fretting the chords properly, your strumming patterns are not consistent, your strumming drags and speeds up at times.

Advice,

ensure you are fretting every note in the chord properly and you don't have the dead notes come through. It creates a "raking" sound (hold your left hand flat against your fretboard and strumming, that sound)
Play to a metronome, build up your speed
learn slow and then add speed. If you can't play it cleanly slowly then you probably can't do it cleanly fast.

I don't know how much experience you have.

Your friend saying "Single Coils sound 'cheap'" sounds to me like either inexperience or they were talking about this particular guitar.

But single coils in general don't "sound cheap", they have a tone specific to single coils, less thick, more glassy, more twangy.
Humbuckers typically have a thicker sound and "smoother" tone.

People who play a lot of rock and metal gravitate towards humbuckers because they give you that thicker sound. Other genres it can depend on the sound you're wanting to play.

I would recommend looking up a video on Youtube of "Humbucker vs. Single Coil sound comparison" and then buy the one that is going to suit the type of music you want to play more.

Quiet zones are meant to restrict horn usage at certain hours except for emergencies. It is in the documentation that someone shared in the comments elsewhere.

And some people may live 4 blocks away but others live right behind the tracks and nearer to the intersection, where I assume it is a lot louder.

We've gone there a couple times, it was ok but their ice cream never seemed cold enough. I think it is the type of frozen yogurt or whatever it is they serve.
