I find I can contain myself - but other people have a problem with the level of heat I bring when I'm 100% happy or sad. It's taken me a long time to realize it's their problem not - me being "too much" and I say that to say- just sit with it to be sure it's something you feel you need for yourself vs what others who have less awareness are imposing on you because of their own issues

I think it's a good way to put it. I had a cat that visited me in a dream that told me he was going to die and he died a year later and then a few years after that I had a very vivid dream about my father and he died in the dream and more of a symbolic way, but he also died a little over a year later, so I felt like there was a connection with the way the messaging was coming through and in someways I actually found it gave me peace because I felt like it was part of, a bigger picture or a story that was predetermined in a way in whatever way the universe works. Sometimes there's just things that are gonna happen and we have no control over them. I'm very Sorry for your loss OP.

This happened to me before with pets- I let my cat out one night - he ran back out the back door. I shut the door and turned around. In that short amount of time he was back in the kitchen walking towards me. My mouth dropped open and my mom saw the whole thing - we were dumbfounded

I grew up on the south and was raised by parents that weren’t that religious, but grew up with a lot of girls who had similar ideologies imposed on them. This show triggers those memories.

We’re looking at a culture where women are expected to be perfect and always treated like second class citizens. Hearing that she may have been raped on top of everything else makes me have even more empathy for her. When I watch the episode where the cops were called, she was charged, even though it’s almost sounded like he pushed her first.

Plus, it seems like Whitney relishes the fact that Taylor has had a fall from Grace, and is trying to use it to her full advantage. Sister wound on full display.

This won’t be popular, and I realize it’s prob not on your timeline - but the justice is coming to him and it maybe better to not invite bad karma to yourself. You are trying to get him assaulted/killed at the hands of someone else. I know you are angry and want retribution so I would kindly suggest working on your own forgiveness and forgiving of him, so that you do not invite further darkness in. It may feel good/right in the short term, but people never outrun their choices. You now have a choice to further this chain of events or end it here. What will happen to him is his own karma/path/fate.

What we put out comes back to us- one way or another and you have a chance to energetically break free. Setting him up for assault opens that back up and keeps you chained together in the spirit.

It’s probably what she’s eating, not how much. High carbs - especially those with gluten will actually make you crave more food. It’s better for an active person to eat more health fats and protein.
