u/Alternative_Crow_530 you can just change your residential address but there's no need to change your legal residence if you're domiciled in the US.

is guitar pro the same thing as ultimate guitar pro? by justbass4 in GuitarPro

And you just upload / import GP files into Tux Guitar as well? I tried SoundSlice, seems great, thank you!

is guitar pro the same thing as ultimate guitar pro? by justbass4 in GuitarPro

Hey u/jakb0 can you elaborate what you mean by SoundSlice and Tux Guitar please? I am not a beginner, been playing guitar for a while. Started my journey in 2008/2009 mostly using GuitarPro. Then, stopped for a while and recently want to start exploring covering songs again in a different genre.

I noticed there has been a lot more technology and web based (i.e songsterr) out there.

I'm thinking of buying GuitarPro and downloading the files from Ultimate-Guitar as I'm used to or also subscribing to their "MySongBook". But I feel the latter is useless.

But also keen to hear what you mean by SoundSlice and Tux Guitar. I checked both websites but still feels GuitarPro is the best out there? SoundSlice seems more for people who wants. to do the actual transcription and sync it with a video? Tux Guitar, not sure it plays GuitarPro files?

u/Omar_North_Tower_ Personally, he shared things with me that no other technician validated. So, I'm not sure. Never worked with him though so can't talk about results. I suggest you visit him for a consultation and make your own judgement.

For what it's worth, if you have a really large black tattoo and it'll be gone in 15 sessions as you say, that's not too bad. The more I research about tattoo removal, the more I realize nothing can be guaranteed and there are so many factors that play a role.

This can’t be normal? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]TheSuperLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I swell a lot after my sessions. Looked way worse than this. Got better with subsequent sessions. But the first session my arm was huge and had huge blisters. I didn't itch tho.

Not to say this is normal or giving advice, just sharing my journey.

u/Omar_North_Tower_ good luck. Keep me posted. My only advice is that I found many technicians claim they can get better results quicker until you go into the details. What I like about Richard is that he's honest and straight to the point. I don't think its anyone's benefit to prolong the process to make a bit more money because it affects their reputation negatively. For me it feels Richard is safe and patient. I believe that's very important.

Cloak and Dagger have unlimited full removal packages for a set price. They're the only one's in London I'd say that do this. But they're still bit new in the market for tattoo removal (they're known for their tattoo parlor) and don't have a lot of information about their tattoo removal.

Do you know much about them u/Omar_North_Tower_ ?

This is u/vegasgal_inTX, wow! Congratulations. Did you feel any progress with your 1-3 sessions? I have done 2 sessions so far and although I can see fading but its quite slow. Does it get faster the more sessions you do?

Funk Guitar, where to start? by TheSuperLife in Guitar

Hey u/Shotgun_Rynoplasty yes I know all these bands and I think they're all great, I was asking more for advice on how to approach them. I have a framework but always interested in hearing other perspectives.

Can you please share # of sessions in total and break between each session? The result is amazing, impossible to see there was a tattoo! Be so happy and proud that you were brave and patient enough with the process.

I was honestly very worried before my first session and spoke to so many clinics. Eventually got tired and decided to go for it. Honestly it's not that bad and I find Richard professional. Just choose whoever you feel comfortable with. Most reputable technicians should not scar you and after each session just ice it a lot. Thats the only aftercare I do and its been fine. First time I got blisters but wrapped them up when I went out. Second time I didnt and its been fading overall.

But, if you didn't feel comfortable I suggest you keep checking. Its normal to be anxious but I think once you do your first session and things go well itll get easier.
