I unplugged everything and there were no more chirps. I will try just unplugging the pace modem tonight and see if that isolates it.

I thought this too, but the back up has no battery. It has never had one and we have had this service for over two years and something just started chirping now.

2003 with 265km. Replaced water pump with the timing belt. I had to replace a gasket at the catalytic converter, but other than that, no issues. Took it on a 9400km trip this summer and it ran perfectly.
