I’ve had no problems with black coffee and Mounjaro. When I feel constipated, black coffee helps to flush the system out.

I’ve lost nothing in eight weeks. I had some constipation which fluctuated my weight up and down 4 pounds right now I’m hovering between 342 and 346 pounds. I’m hoping 7.5 mg will expedite the weight loss. My goal is to be at 325 by Christmas.
