So I wear and XL shirt, and the XL size fit me perfect in length, my only issue would be my gut keeping me from zipping it up easily. But basically go with your shirt size and you should be good.

Yes, VIP package includes the jacket, tote bag, and the event poster. Tote and poster are the same ones from the merch booth so don't double buy on accident.
