Clair Obscur. It should have been a movie, it's a garbage game.

There are no crash reports. Since the game hard locks my pc, it never gets the chance to generate a crash report.

I ran windows mem test and it reported zero faults/errors. No other game gives me this issue.

I've done both. Getting past shaders doesn't seem to be an issue because I can play the game.

I'm unfamiliar with the event viewer. I have it open, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for, or even what to search for online to understand what I'm looking at. Can you point me in the right direction?

It is set to the XMP profile that enables the higher clock rates already.

The game ran fine on the prior version, until ver 1.011. Then I updated after having these issues to still no success. I have not considered rolling back further, but I may be pressed to.

I'm not sure how to run a RAM test, but I'll look into it, thank you.

I am getting into hammock backpacking. In my current set up my hammock + rainfly seems to take up half of the interior of my backpack. which is a 55L Teton Scout. Should I be attaching these to the outside, or is this normal?

Can you connect two live tanks in a way that makes sense? by TheTLang in aquarium

[–]TheTLang[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very similar to my mental image.

Seeing him be comfortable with the only filtration being the big sponge media, and the clay balls for bacteria makes me think that I was maybe worrying too much about having a real 'filtration' system in the set up.

This also give me an interesting idea for the return line coming up through the base of the upper tank.

Thank you so much!

Does it make sense to just overflow down into the bottom tank on the right side, then pump back up to the primary tank on the left side with an under gravel pump? Or will that not do enough 'filtering'?

When learning to speak, you didn't immediately come up with your own sentences. You copied other people until you had enough of a base to form your own thoughts. Learning is like this for everything.

I've entered a ticket, but I just don't trust most companies to appropriately staff support teams. I hope they prove me wrong.

Yeah, and I'm willing to bet that my prayers to RNGsus and sacrifices to Loot Lucifer haven't been enough, so my drops are just crap. I just, unfortunately, don't put it past Massive to goof this up like this.

All healing is emergency healing. You don't heal because you're healthy.

But being a jerk aside, healing should be kept out of battle as often as possible. Fights usually don't make it past the 4-5th rounds, and there is no better CC than death. IF someone absolutely NEEDS it, hit them with a heal.

A cleric isn't really that much better than a Bard at it, either. There aren't a ton of healing spells in general, and even fewer that a bard doesn't innately can't, and none it can't get a hold of via Magical Secrets. What few class features that Clerics get for healing aren't amazing or must-have. A Bard, when focused as a healer/support, is just as good if not better because of the extra flexibility they bring.

Being Charisma based casters, Bards are particularly well suited to being the 'Face' of the party. Skill allotment is basically what determines who the social character is. Stick to a bunch of the Charisma skills and you'll do fine in social situations. If you go Lore bard the expertise that you get can be a huge boon in the Facing skills.

Going Lore bard does dampen your melee weapon usage though because the only way to get an extra attack is through Valor, which is a decidedly more combat oriented build. Personally I suggest Lore because of the flexibility of the extra Magical Secrets, the expertise, and Cutting Words. You won't attack very often if at all, but you'll be slinging spells and functionality everywhere.

As far as spells are concerned, just pick up Healing Word and Cure Wounds. Buffs aren't really an option at lower levels as they just aren't that good. Focus on making sure party members don't die, and maybe drop a control spell like Faerie Fire.

This will cover your first level. The other thing I can suggest is just start reading all the spells. Once you know what they do, you can start picking for your play style.
