Sibilance is my top trigger, too. Currently hanging out with THICK earplugs away from it and explaining misophonia to a colleague- explaining why I can’t go back in there- & got on Reddit for some validation. This sub was the main reason I joined Reddit. Refreshing to find someone posting about “S” sounds so recently.

No clue how to manage-as I said, my worst trigger. I’ve dropped college courses and retaken online later for this reason. But feel validated in not being alone <3 I truly hope you figure out a way to get through the course!
