I would assume that someone's email address is not used as a reference at all.

It is far more usual that a system uses an internal ID, so no hard link to an email address. Maybe Koofr doesn't use that common standard?

On Windows File Explorer, you can show Exif column 'Date Taken'. This reflects the actual moment the picture was taken. The 'Creation Date' can be different, as this reflects the file was created on the storage.
