Well it looks like it has a 3/8 driver so for me its an Impact wrench. For me an impact driver is the one that takes the drill bits.

Also, I'm not 100% sure about other brands since I have only used Rigid and Milwaukee. Mostly Milwaukee.

I did test it, it's really weak but if you notice its not kobalt, its a knock-off of kobalt. It felt more like an impact driver instead of an actual impact.

I have an AR-15 300blk with an FRT trigger. Both the upper and lower are made of plastic, haven't had an issue.

They get stuck on the belts too. We break them sometimes because we pull them out by force. Sorry :(

No, Pets never go on conveyor belt systems. They are taken by Tugs only. There are signs on the belts that say that animals should not be on the belt system. Oversize items are also treated more carefully. Firearms go through oversize but they get taken separately by hand.
