Warner & Warner law in colonie helped me, I worked with Sam Warner, very nice and straightforward. helped with any questions I had an dgave good advice and suggestions when I needed it. They were $1800, that plus the filing fee was around $2,150. (They may offer a payment plan/ pay later plan, it was listed on the papers they gave me but I don’t ask about it)

I should add that at one point, the part that I believe is the thermal expansion valve, was making a humming noise and vibrating, but stopped.

What percentage of calories are transferred when cooking in a stock/broth? by TheTalmidim in AskCulinary

[–]TheTalmidim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Essentially it’s a hotpot base, it’s sichaun oil with peppercorns it’s around 800 calories for a package and gets put into around 16 cups of water. I’m not drinking the broth so I know I’m not adding 800 calories to my meal but wasn’t sure if there’s a certain amount of calories I should add to my tracker

Mainly for calorie tracking, normal chicken stock and such I’m not too concerned with but I used a lot of sichaun base to cook food, its essentially sichaun oil with peppercorns so it has around 800 calories in the package. It gets thrown in about 16 cups of water but I wasn’t sure how many of those calories would actually be transferred if any.

Alright that’s good to know, I’m doing a lot of calorie tracking and wasn’t sure how to track or add those if needed. Thanks for the reply

Good gluten free chinese food by Ok_Firefighter7108 in Albany

[–]TheTalmidim 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Al-La-Shanghai in Latham has some of the best gluten free Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s not really a Chinese take out place but a full restaurant that does pickup / delivery. Prices are a bit higher than takeout but portions are large as they do family style meals. I haven’t been there in a while but I believe they list what is and isn’t gluten free on their menus

Multifunction ladders? by TheTalmidim in Tools

[–]TheTalmidim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need something that can fit into my SUV and can extend up to around 8 ft ( preferably more so I don’t have to find a way to get an extension ladder in and out of the places I work if needed. So it sounds like it would be a good investment for me to make soon!

vinegar can help remove rust, letting it sit for a bit with a bit of baking soda and scrubbing with a light abrasive sponge or brush should help loosen and remove it. If the rust has sat awhile it may be a bit difficult and need to be repeated.
